IndoRice
Five minutes, and a whole category rewritten.

The challenge
Instant rice had to overcome the assumption that convenience means compromise.
The insight
Nobody buys speed. They buy the meal they imagine at the end of it.
The thinking
We led with the plate, not the process. The five-minute claim became a small confident badge instead of the headline.

Process
Appetite photography, a modular icon set for spice level and flavour, and a pack architecture that survives being stacked, hung, or crushed into a basket.
Execution
Retail packaging, in-store fabrication, activation stands and a campaign that travelled from shelf to street.
Outcome
A range that reads as food first and convenience second, at the exact moment of decision.
Reflection
Categories are rarely won on the claim. They are won on the picture in the customer's head.
